摘    要:本文研究了2010年5月5日国务院常务会议审议并通过的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》,并针对截止到2012年4月为止我国高校《统计学》课程教学的历史、现状,存在的不足,提出了借助中国数字大学城网络辅助教学平台提升高校《统计学》课程教学功能的建议,并根据我们“培养具有创新能力的高素质人才”的教育宗旨,提出了在高校《统计学》教学中应该多采用互动式教学模式,以利于真正激发学生的学习积极性、想象力,让学生充分发挥自己的创造性,同时培养学生的互助精神、合作意识的倡议。

Abstract:Based on Outline of the National Program for Long and Medium-Term Scientific and Technological Development(2010-2020) reviewed and passed by executive meeting of the State Council in May 5,2010,in connection with the history,status and deficiencies in Statistics,course teaching in universities before the end of April,2012,this paper gives some suggestions on the promotion of teaching functions of Statistics in universities with network assistance platform.According to our educational aims of training highly qualified personnels with creative ability,it presents the idea that we should use interactive teaching mode to arouse students’ enthusiasm for learning and imagination and make students give full play to their creativity,training their spirit of mutual help and cooperation awareness.
