| 摘 要： | 通过介绍和分析匈牙利土地资源利用与生态环境保护概况、匈牙利保护生态环境的土地管理体制和土地利用中生态环境保护的相关法规政策,以及环境友好型技术的研发与应用推广情况,认为我国应借鉴匈牙利的经验,重视公众环境保护意识的培养与教育,建立统一的地籍管理系统,建立健全土地生态管理的法律法规,大力推进环境友好型技术的开发与利用。

| Abstract: | By introducing and analyzing the situation of Hungarian land use and ecological environment protection,Hungarian land management system,Hungarian laws and policies related land use and ecological environment protection,and Hungary environment-friendly technology development and application,this paper considers that we should draw experiences from Hungary,pay more attention to the training and education of environmental protection awareness,establish a unified cadastral management system,perfect laws and regulations of land management,promote development and application of environment-friendly technology. |
