“高学历失业”生成机制分析

我国"高学历失业"现象与高等学校连续多年扩招有一定关系,但并不是我国高等教育发展过度的结果。"高学历失业"是一种"知识群体"失业,但概括为"知识失业"关不科学,其生成机制是多重的,既有复杂的经济因素,又有深刻的社会因素,是经济因素与社会因素混合交织、综合作用的结果。因此,整治和解决"高学历失业"问题,绝不能抑制教育发展,而必须从经济社会可持续发展的角度,采取各种有效对策进行全方位的综合治理。

Analysis on Formation Mechanism of "Unemployment of High-educated People"

The occurrence of unemployment of "high-educated people" is related to the enrollment expansion in recent years,but it is not the result in the development of the national higher education.The unemployment of "high-educated people" is an unemployment of "intellectual group",so it is not scientific to summarize it as "knowledge unemployment".The multiple formation mechanism integrates complicated economic factors and profound social factors,which is the result from comprehensive action of economic factors and social factors.To solve this problem,we must take efficient measures to control it in a comprehensive way from the perspective of sustainable development of economic society.
