基于ABAQUS的纳米级二维调整架结构模态分析

摘    要:应用大型分析软件ABAQUS对在三维软件CATIA中建立的二维调整架的模型进行了有限元建模,并对调整架进行了模态分析,分别获得了该调整架的低阶固有频率及其对应的振型图,得到了前10阶模态的振动规律,找到了调整架的薄弱环节,为其结构设计、动力学分析及使用环境要求提供了有效的理论依据。在使用中使调整架的固有频率远离工作频率,避免共振,减少结构损伤,提高了调整架的寿命与精度。

Abstract:In this paper,a finite element modeling on the model of two-dimensional adjusting mount established in three-dimensional software CATIA is made by using the large scale analysis software ABAQUS,a modal analysis on the adjusting mount is carried out,the low-order natural frequency of the adjusting mount and corresponding vibration shape diagram are obtained respectively.By means of animation,10 order modal vibration rule is got and the weak links of adjusting mount is found.All these provide an effective theoretical basis for structure design,kinetic analysis and application environment.In the process of using,it makes sure that the natural frequency is away from the work frequency,which avoids the resonance,reduces the damage of structure and improves the life and precision of adjusting mount.
