Research on the Technology Innovation Ability Measurement of High and New Technology Enterprise Based on the Two-Stage Model

With the deepening of the knowledge economy and the development of economic globalization,the competition between high and new technology enterprises has become increasingly fierce,and the technology innovation ability becomes more and more important as the core ability for high and new technology enterprises.This paper constructs the two-stage model of technology innovation in high and new technology enterprises,using standard deviation method to obtain the weights of index system,and using grey relational analysis to assess the technology innovation ability of a high and new technology enterprise in Henan province.The findings suggest:the two-stage model can find the disadvantages of innovation ability in high and new technology enterprises much better and more effective.
