Abstract:In this study,20 individuals of 2 populations sampled in Jigong Mountain and Tongbai Mountian were analyzed.One nuclear DNA regions were used to detect the genetic diversity of Forsythia suspensa.One nuclear DNA regions were used to detect the genetic diversity of F.suspensa.Based on nuclear DNA data,six haplotypes(A~F) were identified,the h and π were 0.501±0.076 and 0.002 53±0.000 49,respectively.Genetic diversity for population in Tongbai Mountian was h=0.516±0.132,π=0.002 05±0.000 67,which was higher than Jigong Mountain,h=0.442±0.087,π=0.000 92±0.000 18.The results indicate that the Forsythia suspensa’s wild populations still have high genetic diversity,but the genetic diversity of populations which diturbed by human declined dramatically.
