摘    要:高速圆柱滚子轴承保持架动态性能及可靠性直接影响着轴承的工作性能,其运动不稳定性易造成轴承早期失效。本文在高速圆柱滚子轴承动力学研究基础上,建立了轴承保持架瞬态动力学方程,利用Newton— Raphson和龙格-库塔算法,对轴承保持架动态性能进行了分析,并开发了相应的分析软件,在此基础上,对保持架设计参数与轴承保持架动态性能关系进行了研究。研究结果表明,引导间隙和兜孔间隙是影响保持架稳定性的重要因素。

Abstract:The dynamic perfonnance and the reliability of high-speed cylindrical roller bearing cage directly affect the bearing' s operating performance. Its instability can easily lead to the early failure of bearing. On the basis of researches on the bearing dynamics of high-speed cylindrical rollers, the transient dynamic equation of bearing cage is established. The dynamic performance of bearings is analyzed with the Newton-Raphson and Runge-Kutta methods, and a corresponding analysis software is developed. Furthermore, the relation between the cage' s design parameters and its dynamic perfonnance is studied, with the results showing that guide clearance and pocket clearance are dominant factors to influence the stability of the cage.
