聚苯胺改性纳米TiO2的制备及其对含氰废水的降解研究

摘    要:通过矿化接枝技术将溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米TiO2负载在聚苯乙烯微珠载体上,制成负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂。利用导电聚苯胺对负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂进行可见光改性,通过XRD,SEM等方法对改性纳米TiO2光催化剂进行表征,并用改性催化剂在太阳光照射下对3种工业含氰废水进行降解处理。结果表明:导电聚苯胺对负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂涂膜改性,显著改善了负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂在可见光条件下的光催化性能,可有效降解废水中的大部分有毒氰根(CN^-),使其含量远低于国家排放标准。

Abstract:By using graft and mineralization method,the nanosized titania prepared by sol-gel method was anchored on the polystyrene microsphere surface,then the photocatalyst modified by conductive polyaniline was prepared.The crystal phase,grain size and morphology of the prepared powders were characterized by XRD and SEM.Three industrial wastewater with CN-was degradated with the modified photocatalyst sample under sunlight.The result indicateds that most CN-in industrial wastewater is degradated,the remainder of w...
