| 摘 要： | 1978年以来，邓小平一直在反思过去党和国家的领导制度问题，清醒地意识到制度改革的紧迫感。从“文革”的灾难中，他认识到制度问题更带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性，它关系到党和国家是否改变颜色。制度对于我们这个有着几千年制度缺失传统的国家来说，其意义非同寻常。

| Abstract: | After the year of 1978, Deng Xiaoping has been reflecting the past institution of our party and state all the time, and realized that the matter of institution is basic to our party and country, by which the nature of our party and state would be changed in the future. The significance of institution to state in our country is particularly important, because there is the tradition of non-institution in the past time of several thousand years. |
