| 摘 要： | 《政府信息公开条例》的颁布施行对我国民主法治建设具有重要意义。但由于我国关于保密的法律、法规规定遵循信息保密的指导思想,使本条例在实践中会遇到各种障碍;同时自身规定的内容也有很大的局限性。为更好地推进政府信息公开,文章提出一些建议。
