复合型固体酸SO4^2-/ZrO2-MoO3催化合成反-丁烯二酸二甲酯的研究

摘    要:合成了新型的复合型固体酸SO4^2-/ZrO2-MoO3并把它作为催化剂用于反-丁烯二酸二甲酯的合成,考察了影响反应的因素.结果表明:用固体酸SO4^2-/ZrO2-MoO3作催化剂,以马来酸酐和甲醇为原料,直接合成反-丁烯二酸二甲酯的最佳工艺条件为:n(甲醇):n(酸酐)=6:1,催化剂用量为1.5%(总质量),反应温度95~100℃,反应时间为3h,反-丁烯二酸二甲酯的产率达93%以上.

Abstract:A new composite solid acid SO42-/ZrO2-MoO3 was composed and used as a catalyst in the synthesis of fumaric acid dimethy. The factors affecting the reaction was inspected. Result indicated:Using solid acid SO42-/ZrO2-MoO3 as catalyst and taking Malay estolide and methanol as raw material,the best technological cond- itions of the synthesis of fumaric acid dimethylcomposing is:n(methanol)∶n(estolide)(mole of ratio)= 6∶1,catalyst do-sages are 1.5 %(general mass),reaction temperature:95~100 ℃,reaction time is 3 hours,and fumaric acid dimethy productivity amounts to 93 %.
