| 摘 要： | 项目成本控制是项目管理的重要内容。文章结合工作实践，针对项目成本管理的现状、对施工企业成本控制现存的问题、加强成本控制的方法进行了分析和探讨，提出了降低施工项目成本的具体的有效途径，最后简单介绍了施工项目成本分析的概念和方法。
