连续环状色谱床中的传质研究

摘    要:本文提出了连续环状色谱床中的传递参数辨识方法、包括建立连续环状色谱轴向扩散系数的辨识模型,以惰性物作为示踪剂采用扰动-应答方法在环状色谱床中直接测定轴向扩散系数;考虑轴向扩散的作用,建立了线性吸附体系的吸附平衡常数及相间总传质系数的辨识模型,并采用扰动-应答技术进行了测定。考察了操作因素对轴向扩散系数及总传质系数的影响规律。结果表明,流体流速增加,轴向扩散系数增大,总传质系数也增大。

Abstract:In this paper the paramter identification method of Continuous Annular Chromatography separation process is suggested and the parameter idenification model of axial dispersion coefficient is established.An inert substance is used as a tracer to determine the axial dispersion coefficient as the liquid passing through the Continuous Annular Chromatography.Considering the axial dispersion,the parameter identification model of adsorption phase equilibrium constant and overall mass transfer coefficient of Continuous Annular Chromatography for linear system is also established. Disturbance-response technique is used to determine the above coefficients.The effect of operation conditions on axial dispersion coefficient and overall mass transfer coefficient are investigated.The result shows that both axial dispersion coefficients and overall mass transfer coefficients increase as liquid rate increases.
