西安市大气环境容量估算研究

摘    要:为估算西安市大气环境容量,了解西安市大气环境质量现状,用国标《制定地方大气污染物排放标准的技术方法》中规定的以箱模型为基本模型推导出的宏观总量控制A值法,结果为西安市SO2,NO2,PM10大气环境年容量分别为4.2450×10^4,3.7351×10^4,9.5937×10^4t。估算结果表明,SO2和NO2环境容量剩余,可以满足当前工业生产的需要,而PM10的排放量已超过了西安市环境的承载力。

Abstract:To estimation the capacity of the atmosphere of Xi'an city,to understand the state of atmosphere quality. The national standard that ‘Technical methods for making local emission standards of air pollutants' is used to derive the macro-total control method. The estimate result is that the capacity of atmosphere SO2=4.2450, NO2=3.7351, PM10=9.5937. The unit is 10^4 t/a. The conclusion show that there are SO2 and NO2 leaving, it meet the industrial demand in present, but the emission of PM10 has surpass the carring capacity of environment.
