对水轮机导叶最优关闭规律的探讨

摘    要:水电站运行的大波动过渡过程中,为了最大限度地减少水压上升值与转速上升值,通过导叶关闭规律来解决大波动过渡过程中水电站的运行安全问题是最经济的有效措施之一.目前,普遍采用导叶两段或三段关闭规律,实践表明,随着水轮发电机组容量的增大和水轮机工作水头范围的增大,这种固定的两段或三段导叶关闭方式不能有效地控制机组在大波动水力过渡过程中的稳定性.提出了根据水轮机工作参数的变化实时地改变导叶关闭方式的非固定模式的导叶关闭方式,能更有效地提高水电站运行的稳定性和安全性.

Abstract:During the big fluctuation transient condition of a hydropower station operation,in order to minimizing the water pressure and the hydraulic units' run-speed rising,optimizing the wicket gate closing law is one of the most economic way to solve the station operation security problem during the process of big fluctuation transient.At present,most hydropower plants close the wicket gate by using the closing law with two or three slopes.In fact,as the unit capacity goes up and the turbine working range of water head be even wider than before,so that the fixed closing law with two or three slopes can't control the unit stability effectively when the big fluctuation transient comes up.So,the authors present a way that by using the unfixed wicket-gate closing manner,which changes the closing law according to the turbine working parameters so as to greatly improve the units' running stability and security in hydropower plants.
