YAG激光在不锈钢上打孔质量影响因素分析

摘    要:激光打孔是目前小孔加工中应用广泛的加工方法,其加工孔径可以小至几微米。本文利用YAG激光在1mm厚的不锈钢材料00Cr25Ni20上进行打孔试验,记录上下孔径的测量数据,并采用无交互作用的正交试验方法系统分析了激光脉冲能量、脉冲宽度、脉冲频率等因素对激光打孔上、下孔径的影响程度,为激光打孔工艺参数的选择提供了依据。

Abstract:Laser drilling is a widely used processing method in small hole machining,the aperture can be as small as several microns.In this paper,a drilling experiment of stainless steel 00Cr25Ni20 with 1mm thickness has been made by using YAG laser,the datum of upper and lower aperture measurement are recorded and the influences of laser pulse energy,pulse width,pulse frequency on upper and lower aperture are systematically analyzed by orthogonal test without interaction,which provides the basis for the selection of parameters.
