摘    要:从材料的变形机理出发,针对厚度比不同的拼焊板,通过有限元分析方法对降低成形极限的原因进行了分析和解释,证实焊缝两侧金属的变形条件差异和变形路径是影响整体变形程度的重要因素.并在此基础上,对曲线焊缝拼焊板的厚度比与成形高度之间的关系进行了研究,发现随着厚度的增加,成形高度并不呈递减的趋势,这与直线焊缝情况下是不同的.

Abstract:Based on the mechanics of deformation, a series of tailor welded blank with different thickness ratios for expanding process were studied by finite element method. Results show that different deformation condition and history are the main factors that determine the deformation degree of tailored blank. Finally, a group of tailor welded blank with curved welded line is performed. Results show that the forming heights do not decrease with the increase of thickness ratio, which differ to that of tailor welded blank with straight welded line.
