学校课堂管理模式研究

摘    要:课堂管理不仅关系到课堂教学质量的提升,而且直接影响着学生的发展状况,倾向于行为控制和学生服从,注重课堂秩序和程序的旧式课堂管理,伴随着教育的变革,正朝着灵活、民主、柔性的方向发展。本文解析了五种主要的课堂管理模式。

Abstract:Classroom management affects not only the quality of classroom teaching, but also the overall development of the students. The traditional classroom i management model, which is apt to behave control and students obedience, is advancing towards the flexible, democratic and soft direction with the deepening of the teaching reform. Five basic classroom models are analyzed in the paper.
