| 摘 要： | 通过使用等效电路法，利用国际通用电路模拟软件包PSPICE对新型的电力电子器件MCT进行特性模拟和分析，并对Harris公司的器件MCTV75P60E1进行计算。结果表明该方法简单易行，模拟结果可靠。

| Abstract: | MCT behaviors of new-type of electric power and electronic devices are simulated andanalyses using equivalent circuit method and international universal circuit software packagePSPICE. Also, MCT V75P60E1 by Harris company are practically calculated- thus, indicatingthat this method is simple and easy and that the simulation results are reliable. |
