摘    要:在梭鱼饲料中分别添加0、2. 7%、5. 4%、8. 1%、10. 8%、13. 5%的发酵豆粕,相应替代鱼粉使用量的0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%,饲养体质量为(2. 09±0. 10 g)梭鱼60 d,研究发酵豆粕替代鱼粉对梭鱼生长、血液生化指标和体成分的影响。研究结果显示:Ⅱ、Ⅲ两组的增重率、成活率和饲料系数与Ⅰ组相比差异不显著,Ⅱ组的增重率、成活率显著高于Ⅴ、Ⅵ两组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ两组的饲料系数显著低于Ⅴ、Ⅵ两组。发酵豆粕替代鱼粉对梭鱼肌肉的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪无影响,但对全鱼的粗蛋白和粗脂肪产生显著影响。Ⅵ组的总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖和总胆固醇含量最低,谷草转氨酶和肌酸激酶活力最高。研究结果表明:发酵豆粕替代鱼粉比例超过40%时会对梭鱼生长性能、部分血清生化指标产生显著影响,以生产性能和血清生化指标为评价指标,梭鱼饲料中发酵豆粕替代鱼粉的比例不宜超过40%。

Abstract:Fermented soybean meal of 0, 2. 7%, 5. 4%, 8. 1%, 10. 8% and 13. 5% was added into barracuda feed, respectively, which correspondingly replaced 0, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% of the usage amount of fish meal. Feeding body mass of barracuda was(2. 09+0. 10 g)for 60 days. Effects of fermented soybean meal instead of fish meal on growth, blood biochemical parameters and body composition of barracuda are studied. The results showed that the weight gain rate, survival rate and feed coefficient of the II and III groups were not significantly different from those of the I group. The weight gain rate and survival rate of group II were significantly higher than those of group V and group VI. The feed coefficients of group II and group III were significantly lower than those of group V and group VI. Fermented soybean meal instead of fish meal has no effect on the moisture, crude protein and crude fat of the muscle of the barracuda, but has a significant effect on the crude protein and crude fat of the whole fish. The contents of total protein, albumin, glucose and total cholesterol in group VI were the lowest, while the activities of glutamic oxalate transaminase and creatine kinase were the highest.
