| 摘 要： | 目的通过参与1例顽固性高血压患者的用药咨询服务,探讨临床药师在治疗顽固性高血压过程中发挥的作用。方法门诊1例顽固性高血压患者经医生推荐给临床药师,临床药师根据患者每天不同时间段的血压和心率情况给予联合用药方案及服药时间指导,进行3个月的个体化用药服务。结果在门诊针对顽固性高血压患者提供个体化用药服务,提高患者血压控制有效率。结论临床药师个体化用药咨询服务对于顽固性高血压的治疗有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in refractory hypertension treatment through participating in the consultation service of drug use in one case of refractory hypertension. Methods:One outpatient with refractory hypertension was recommended by the doctor to the clinical pharmacists, based on the blood pressure and heart rate of the patient at different times every day, clinical pharmacists gave the guidance of the joint medication program and medication time for 3 months. Results:The individual pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacist improved patient''s clinical efficiency. Conclusion:Personalized medication services of clinical pharmacists have important implications for the treatment of refractory hypertension. |
