基于PDCA鱼骨图的化工企业安全标准化创建

针对当前中小企业安全管理内容不清,主体责任落实不到位,缺乏体系和标准理论支撑的基本问题,运用PDCA原理结合鱼骨图的方法对安全生产标准化创建进行研究,结合某化工企业实例,立足于危险源辨识和风险评价,提出PDCA鱼骨图与化工企业安全生产标准化创建工作相结合的方法及过程。结果表明,PDCA理论能在框架上指导安全生产标准化工作,使安全生产标准化的核心程序更加系统,并帮助企业顺利通过安全生产标准化危化三级评审。

Establishment of Safety Standardization in Chemical Enterprises Based on PDCA Fishbone Diagram

In view of the basic problems of the ambiguous content of safety management in small and medium-sized enterprises, inadequate implementation of main responsibility, and lack of system and standard as theoretical support, the establishment of safety production standardization by using PDCA principle and fishbone diagram method was investigated. Combined with the instance of certain chemical enterprise and based on the hazard identification and risk assessment, the method and process of the integrity of PDCA fishbone diagram and the establishment of work safety standardization in chemistry enterprise were proposed. The results showed that PDCA theory could guide the work of safety production standardization in the framework, making the core procedures of safety production standardization more systematic and helping enterprises successfully pass the Grade III review of work safety standardization.
