摘    要:准确地从卫星云图背景中划分出对流云团的边界十分困难。提出了一种应用连续小波变换从红外卫星云图中提取对流云团的处理方法。将正弦波经过Gauss函数调制后,得到一组满足允许条件的连续小波基函数,利用这组小波基实现了对流云团小波提取算法,得到了强对流云团边界的分割。与提取对流云团的常规处理手段相比,这种方法具有物理意义明确、分割结果准确的优点,是提取卫星云图中对流云团的有效方法。

Abstract:It is difficult to get the exact edge information of the cloud cell in the meteorological satellite image.The CWT (continuous wavelet transaction) approach was proposed. Firstly, a set of continuous wavelet bases were gained with a 2D sine-wave modulated by the Gaussian function. And then, the cloud cell fetch algorithm was realized with the wavelets. The results are in accordance with the actual range of the convective activities. To compare with other methods, the one in this paper is perfect in physical essence and the performance. It is a perfect approach to fetch the convective cloud cells from meteosat infrared channel.
