| 摘 要： | 通过对1988年到2008年国内关于教师心理健康研究的文献查询和对在调查研究中采用SCL-90症状自评量表为测试研究工具的12篇文献的研究结果分析可见，目前我国中小学教师心理健康的总体情况十分严峻，须引起高度重视。应该着力提高教师心理健康研究的水平，准确地揭示影响教师心理健康的因素，找到增进教师心理健康的途径和方法，切实改善教师心理健康的状况。

| Abstract: | Based on the findings analysis of the 12 research papers carried on Chinese journals from 1998 to 2008 the article concludes that the overall teachers＇ psychological health is in a serious situation and calls for great attention. The author holds that the research levels for teachers＇ psychological health should be improved to accurately reveal the factors affecting teachers＇ psychological health. And then proper ways and methods to deal with teachers＇ psychological health should be found to improve the overall situation of teachers＇ psychological health. |
