海洋平台冰振控制试验研究

摘    要:为了验证磁流变阻尼半主动控制对海洋平台结构冰激振动控制的有效性,针对JZ20-2导管架式海洋平台结构,提出利用橡胶垫和磁流变阻尼器在平台设置隔振层的方案,采用一条实测挤压冰对无控结构、纯隔振结构和磁流变智能隔振结构进行冰激振动控制试验研究.试验结果表明:磁流变半主动控制能有效控制导管架端帽位移和甲板加速度,保证了平台结构的安全度和舒适度,并且能有效降低隔振层位移,满足生产平台采油工艺要求,是一种较好的振动控制方案.

Abstract:To verify the effectiveness of semi-active control with magnetorheological(MR) damper for offshore platform structures,a damping isolation layer composed of rubber bearings and MR dampers was designed for the 1:10 scaled model of JZ20-2MUQ platform structure.Ice-induced vibration control tests were performed with the structure.The test cases included the original structure,the structure with only rubber bearings and the structure with rubber bearings plus MR dampers.An in-situ measured compression ice force time-history was used as excitation through an actuator.Experimental results demonstrate that the semi-active control scheme can significantly reduce the displacement of the jacket,the acceleration of the deck and the displacement of the isolation layer.Therefore MR damping semi-active isolation scheme proves itself to be more effective for vibration control.
