油轮上液位的计量大多数是以手动测量为主.随着测量技术的不断发展.新造的油轮上大多安装了液位测量的仪表,但是由于技术原因,这些仪表也只能用于监控,不用于计量.尽管如此,在油轮上使用雷达液位计进行计量将是一个必然趋势.研究了雷达液位计用于油轮在液位计量方面的问题,探讨了油轮上使用雷达液位计的原理、方法和实际应用问题.

Study of FMCW Radar Level Gauge in the Measurement for Oil Tankers

The measurement of the liquid level of the oil tanker is mainly manual. With the continuous development of measurement technology, the new tankers are installed with liquid level measurement devices. Due to technical reasons, these instruments can only be used to monitor, not used for measurement. However, the use of the frequency-modulated continuous wave(FMCW) radar lever gauge will be an inevitable trend. This paper studies the radar level gauge for oil tankers in liquid level measurement problems, the use of the tanker level gauge radar principles, methods and practical applications. The measurement of the liquid level of the oil tanker is mainly manual. With the development of measurement techniques, as well as the concern of the safety of our crew, more and more automated meter such as FMCW radar lever gauge will replace the tanker cargo measurement.
