填料表面的复合改性研究

摘    要:研究了以M(OR)_n和含羧基或羟基有机物对无机填料表面的复合改性。研究结果表明: 1.复合改性剂对无机填料/有机分散质体系粘度的影响因填料表面的官能团较高的反应性和有机分散质较小的极性而增强。 2.复合改性剂对轻质碳酸钙/液体石蜡体系的降粘作用因第二改性剂较小的分子刚性、较小的空间位阻以及官能团的较大极性而增强。

Abstract:In present work the double modifying to the surface of inorganic fillers by means of M(OR)_n and organic compounds contained carboxyl or hydroxyl has been investigated. Experimental results show that:1. The influnce of the double modifying agents to the system viscosity of inorganic fillers/organic disperser is enhanced by higher reactivity of functional groups in surface of inorganic fillers and smaller polarity of organic disperser.2. The decreasing effect of double modifying agents to the system viscosity of light calcium carbonate/liquid paraffin is enhanced by smaller molecule rigidity of second modifying agents, smaller hindrance and larger polarity of functional group.
