摘    要:镇—泾油田存在油水同层、水层分布丰富、底水活跃、原油伴生气等特点,水泥浆在凝固期间容易受地层流体的侵蚀、冲刷、污染,从而影响水泥浆的水化反应和强度发展,导致水泥浆容易发生油气水窜,影响水泥环的胶结质量。通过分析,研究出适合本工区的水泥浆体系和固井工艺技术措施,解决了镇—泾油田油气水窜的问题。优质率由28%提高到88.23%,提高60.23%。合格率由76%提高到100%,提高24%。

Abstract:The target stratum in Zhenjing Oilfield possesses many characteristicses such as the co-existence of the oil and water in the same stratum, the abundant distribution of aqueous stratum, the active bottom water, and the accompany of the crude oil with gas, etc. The cement slurry may be eroded, scoured and polluted in the stage of concreting that will influence the hydrated reaction and development of consolidation strength, induces gas and water channeling in reservoir, and affects cementation quality. Through analysis, people have excogitated congruent cement slurry system and cementing technology, solving the problem of gas and water channeling in reservoir in Zhenjing Oilfield. The high quality rate is increased to 88.23% from 28%, and the qualification rate is increased to 100% from 76%.
