摘    要:以番茄为实验材料,研究了不同补充光质对植物生长发育及其体内蔗糖代谢的影响.结果表明:植株的株高和鲜重由于光质不同而有差异,这种差异在幼苗生长前期(0~12 d)尤为明显.在生长期大部分时间内,红光组叶片比白光组叶片有较多的蔗糖含量、蛋白质含量以及较高的蔗糖酶活性.

Abstract:Tomato was used as experiment material. The effect of different illumination supplements on growth and sucrose metabolism was investigated. The results showed that height and fresh weight were different due to light quality. This difference was more evident during the growth prophase of plantlets(the first 12 days).In most of the growth phase, the contents of sucrose and protein,and invertase activity in leaves with the supplement of red light were higher than those with the supplement of white light.
