摘    要:为了确认换热器封头中挡板的存在对出口此中流场均匀性的影响,需要对封头及出口管嘴中的流场进行数值模拟。计算中采用k-ε两方程模型,利用区域扩充方法来模拟复杂的几何形状,并进行了耦合计算,对流体区域内的阶梯形固体边界提出了一种实施壁面函数法的方法。

Abstract:Standard ke two equation model was used to simulate the complex fluid flow in a heat exchanger head. A baffle is set ahead of an outlet tube. The domain extension method was adopted and conjugated computation was conducted. Implementation of wall function method was proposed for analyzing the step wise solid boundaries in the fluid region. Computational results show that baffle could enhance uniformity of the outflow velocity distribution.
