以思想解放促进科学发展观的贯彻和落实

思想解放是解决人的认识运动中的基本矛盾，不断打破旧的思想束缚，形成新认识，指导实践发展的必然要求。思想解放的关键是创新，创新是对传统的否定和扬弃，形成新认识的过程。中国经济社会发展进入了关键时期，呈现出一系列阶段性特征，对改革开放提出了新挑战和新要求。在新的历史起点上推动改革开放，需要我们进一步解放思想，树立和平发展、科学发展、和谐发展的新观念，解决好发展与科学发展的矛盾，适时调整利益格局，加快体制创新，实现科学发展。

Emancipation of the Mind towards Implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development

Emancipation of the mind is the inevitable answer to resolve the basic dilemma in man's cognition,repeatedly break through the bondage of old thoughts,trigger fresh new ideas and guide practices to move on.The key point is innovativeness,which is a process of negating and confirming the tradition and fostering fresh insights.China's economic and social developments have arrived at a crucial point and taken on a series of periodic characteristics,which have posed new challenges and requirements for the current reform and opening policy.To push the reform and opening to the outside at a new starting point in history,we need a further emancipation of the mind,establish the new concept of peaceful,scientific and harmonious development,and resolve the contradiction of development vs scientific development,while making timely adjusting of the pattern of interests and quickening innovation in our system to realize scientific developments.
