不同视角下的建筑企业安全因素实证分析

针对当前对建筑企业安全因素定量分析的不足,提出一个从不同视角描述建筑企业安全影响的结构方程理论模型.在收集多个建筑企业样本数据的基础上,利用结构方程模型软件从不同视角对建筑企业安全因素作了检验.研究结果表明:文化因素、制度因素、物的因素、员工因素和环境因素在不同视角下存在差异.其中,文化因素、制度因素和物的因素在决策者和管理者的视角下最有影响的因素;物的因素和员工因素是建筑工人视角下最有影响的因素.中国多地的建筑企业样本数据表明,此研究结论具有较高的精度,可推广应用于建筑企业.

Experimental Analysis on Safety Factors of Construction Enterprises from the Different Perspectives

A method based on the structural equation model (SEM) is proposed for the safety factors of Construction Enterprises from the viewpoints of different perspectives. This method overcomes the shortcomings of quantitative analysis. The SEM software is employed to test the Construction Enterprises samples from different parts of China. The results indicate that different factors, such as culture factors, institution factors, object factors, personnel factors, environmental factors, all have distinctive effects on the safety of Construction Enterprises, among which, culture factors, institution factors and object factors are the three most important influencing factors from the decision-maker's and the manager's point of view, whereas object factors and personnel factors are the two most important influencing factors from the builder's point of view. The quantitative analyses are in good agreement with the Construction Enterprise samples from different parts of China.
