杂环化合物N-甲基吡咯烷的合成研究

摘    要:以SO4^2-/MxOy型固体超强酸为催化剂合成N-甲基吡咯烷,考察了反应温度、进料速度、反应物配比和水的用量对反应的影响.结果表明:反应温度为260℃,进料速度为0.75mL/min,甲胺与四氢呋喃的摩尔比为1:1.5时效果最佳,N-甲基吡咯烷的产率可达81.5%,该合成工艺应用固体超强酸催化剂具有催化活性高、催化速率快、化学稳定性好、无环境污染等优点.

Abstract:The N-methyl-pyrrolidine was synthesized from reaction of tetrahydrofuran and methylamine catalyzed by solid superacid. The influence of heating temperature, the speed of injecting raw materials, ratio of reactants, quantity of water were examined. The optimal conditions for this reaction were as follows : reaction temperature was 260 ~C ; the speed of injecting raw materials was 0.75 mL/min ; molar ratio of aniline to tetrahydrofuran was 1 :1.5. the yield was up to 81.5%, The superacid catalyst has the advantages of high catalytic activities and rate, good chemical stability and little waste discharge in the synthesis.
