| 摘 要： | 关于安乐死的本质、定义、分类、对象等基本理论问题,目前医学界、法律界、理论界的认识并不一致.本文阐述了国际上的传统观点和国内学术界的新见解.关于安乐死的本质提出安乐死不是"减痛"、"除痛"意义上的"安乐"而是"不痛苦地引致死亡",在安乐死的分类中认为被动安乐死有其特定涵义和现实意义,分析了自愿安乐死与非自愿安乐死的伦理依据以及安乐死的适用对象等问题.

| Abstract: | There exists some disagreement about the essence, definition, classification and object of euthanasia among the circles of medicine, law and theory presently. The author sets forth the traditional opinions abroad and new opinions at home and makes analysis on such issues as the essence of euthanasia which is leading death without pain rather than easing pain, passive euthanasia which has its special meaning and practical significance, and the theoretical bases of voluntary euthanasia and non - voluntary euthanasia and the objects to whom euthanasia is applied to. |
