摘    要:优化了壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合膜透CO2性,并将其应用于草莓保鲜实验.结果表明,当壳聚糖含量为1.0g,纳米TiO2含量为0.05 g,冰乙酸含量为1.80 mL时,壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合膜透CO2量达到最低为0.0629 g/d;优化膜处理的草莓室温下贮藏6d后,腐烂指数比空白组降低了11.11%.这证明,优化膜处...

Abstract:The chitosan/nano-TiO2 composite membrane was optimized about CO2 permeability,and the optimized composite membrane was applied in fresh-keeping strawberries.The results show that the best formula of chitosan composite membrane is 1.0g for chitosan content,0.05g for nano-TiO2 content,1.80mL for glacial acetic acid content,and the CO2 coefficient of optimized membrane permeability is 0.0629g/d.Strawberries of coating the optimized membrane were stored up six days at room temperature,decay index of strawberri...
