陈化和煅烧条件对纳米HAP影响的研究

摘    要:采用化学沉淀法以Ca(NO3)2.4H2O和(NH4)2HPO4为反应物合成纳米羟基磷灰石,通过对产物的XRD、TEM表征分析,研究了陈化时间和煅烧温度对产物的组成、形貌、粒子尺寸、结晶度等的影响。结果表明:在实验条件下,延长陈化时间,产物的晶化程度增加;提高煅烧温度,结晶度增加;在陈化24 h、煅烧650℃的条件下可得组分单一、结晶度较好、尺寸在35 nm左右的纳米羟基磷灰石。

Abstract:Nanometer hydroxyapatite(HAP) was synthesized by chemical precipitation method.The effect of the aging time and calcining temperature on formation of nano-hydroxyapatite were studied.The topography and crystallinity were studied by XRD,TEM and IR.The results show that the crystal formation of the samples varied obviously according to prolonging aging time and calcining temperature,under the experimental condition,prolonging aging time,the product crystallization degree increases;enhances the calcining heat,...
