Abstract:Precursor was synthesized via co-precipitation method with Y(NO3)3·6H2O,Al(NO3)3·9H2O,Nd(NO3)3·6H2O and NH4HCO3 as raw material and alcohol as dispersant.The YAG powders were prepared after the precursor calcined at 900 ℃~1100 ℃ for 2h.The precursor was characterized by FT-IR.The XRD,TG/DSC and TEM were used to analyze the phase,transform temperature and microstructures of YAG powders.The results show that the precursor has directly transformed into YAG phase at 900 ℃ for 2h without other crystalline phase.The YAG powders calcined at 1100 ℃ for 2h are well dispersed with an average of 40nm,and a litter agglomeration exists.
