含固定化酶颗粒反应器的动力学特性研究

摘    要:在连续流动带搅拌的反应器中,突然导入固定化的酶粒子,随着流入反应器的流速不同,存在着两类响应:最小型和衰减型响应.这些响应可由临界Thiele模数决定,当Thiele模数大于临界值时,流出反应器的底物浓度呈衰减性响应;否则,呈最小型响应。决定不同响应的临界速度可由简单的实验方法求出,从而可决定反应速度常数。本文除扼要叙述这种方法的理论推导外,通过对固定化α-葡萄糖淀粉酶的动力学实验,证明随流入反应器流体流速的变化,的确存在两种不同的响应,并可确定临界流速及反应速度常数和Michaelis常数。

Abstract:There exist two responses which are separated by a critial Thiele modulus in a CSTR for an input perturbation which suddenly introduces immobilized enzyme particles into the reactors. That is, when Thiele modulus is larger than the cri- tical value substrate concentration from the reactor reveals a decay type retsponse which exponentially decays to the steady state value. Otherwise, it reveals a mi- nimum type response. This paper shows that there exist two responses with varying the inlet liquid flow rate, the critical inlet liquid flow rate can be obtained and then Michalies constants can be determined.
