| 摘 要： | 针对普通水泥在灌浆工程中的不足,提出了以工业废料粉煤灰为主要成分研制新型灌浆材料的技术方法.经过系统的试验研究,研制的灌浆材料具有浆液稳定,可灌性好,凝结时间可调,结石率高,强度高的特点.通过在静压注浆、高压旋喷注浆和帷幕灌浆等工程中的初步应用,验证了新型粉煤灰灌浆材料的性能特点,能够在岩土工程中推广使用.

| Abstract: | In view- of the shortage of normal cement used in grouting project, the authors propose a new kind of grouting material made of fly ash, which is a kind of industrial waste. After carefully researches, they have made a new material that has the characteristics of stability, being easy to grout, adjustable thickening-time, high concretion rate and strength. By using the static-pressure injection method, high-pressure whirl injection curtain grouting method, these characteristics of the grouting material have been proved. This new kind of grouting can be used widely in geotechnical engineering. |
