| 摘 要： | 节奏是衡量跨栏技术水平高低最重要的综合指标之一，也是决定跨栏跑成绩的主要因素，本文对影响直道跨栏跑节奏的主要相关因素作一分析，并对如何训练节奏提出了自己的看法，以期对节奏技术的改进有所帮助。
