化疗并用云芝糖肽对卵巢和子宫体癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响

对40例手术确诊的卵巢和子宫体癌患者,按期别及年龄配对分成2组,各20例.A组(试验组)接受化疗加云芝糖肽.B组(对照组)单纯化疗.观察两组治疗前后血免疫指标及生活质量指数的变化.结果治疗前后.Karnofsky评分值A组分别为84±9.6分及90±8.6分(P＜0.05),B组分别为83±9.2分及80±12.8分(P＞0.05),治疗后A组比B组高10分(P＜0.05);治疗后A组和B组的CD+4分别为28.14±4.10及23.12±3.97(P＜0.05);CD+4/CD+8为0.96±0.17及0.75±0.21(P＜0.01);NK为23.80±4.90及15.32±3.90(P＜0.01),A组均明显高于B组.提示云芝糖肽能提高卵巢和子宫体癌患者的细胞免疫和生活质量.

The Effect of PSP on Immune Function and Living Quality in Patients Receiving Chemotherapy for Gynecological Malignancies

The effect of PSP on imm une function and living quality in patients receiving chemotherapy for gynecolog ical malignancies was studied 40 patients who had been operated on for gynecolog ical malignancies were divided into two groups equally in number accor ding to stage and age. In group the patients took PSP for two months on the dosa ge of 1.2g three times a day during a chemotherapy(PAC or MEP). In group B the p atients were treated the same schema of chemotherapy, but no PSP was used. The results show that the average KPS before and after the test were 84 and 90 in turn in group A (P<0.05), 83 and 80 in group B (P>0.05 ). The average KPS was 10 c redits higher in group A than that in group B after test (P<0.05). After the test, the concratration of T cell sub-groups, CD- 4, CD- 4/CD- 8 and NK cells increased in the blood obviously in group A, while in group B t hese indexes decreased slightly. The differences were significant statistically (P <0.05 for CD- 4, P<0.01 for CD- 4/CD- 8, <0.01 for NK cell).
