| 摘 要： | 农业科技服务体系是推广农业技术的有效途径,是提高农民科技素质和发展农村产业的根本保证。在对陕北地区农业科技服务体系深入调研的基础上,分析了目前陕北地区农业科技服务体系存在的问题,提出了加快推进陕北地区农村科技服务体系建设的对策。

| Abstract: | Agricultural science and technology service system is an effectie way to promote agricultural technology,and it is the fundamental guarantee for the development of rural industries science and to improve the quality of farmers. On the basis of depth research on agricultural science and technology service system in Shanbei area,analysis of the problem existed in the current service system of agricultural science and technology in Shanbei area. Countermeasure is proposed to accelerate advancing scientific and technological service system in tural areas of Shanbei area. |
