摘    要:
根据磁声发射(MAE)原理并利用自制的磁化器对退火钢轨进行了室内应力标定,得到用面积法处理的应力与MAE强度标定曲线,又据此测量了U7460kg/m新轨的残余应力,取得较满意的结果

Abstract:
Based on the theory of magetic acoustic emission (MAE), the stress in an annealed rail is calibrated with a special-made magnetizer, and the relationship between the calibrated stress and MAE strength is obtained by area method. With the calibration curve the residual stress in a U74 60 kg/m new rail is measured.
