基于CAN总线的电子调速器可靠性设计

摘    要:电子调速器的可靠性指标作为众多性能指标的一种,受到了普遍的重视,尤其在军事领域,更是衡量调速器性能的首要标准.为提高系统的可靠性水平,从CAN总线的技术特点出发,把CAN总线和冗余技术结合起来,提出了基于CAN总线的电子调速系统的双机冗余设计方法,并对冗余前后的2个系统进行可靠性计算和对比分析,结果表明冗余后的可靠性指标较冗余前有明显的提高.

Abstract:As a performance standard, the reliability of Electronic Governor is universally regarded,especially in military fields. In order to improve the reliability, CAN bus and redundant technology are combined to put forward the two-processor redundant design of Electronic Governor based on CAN bus by the use of technology of CAN bus. At the same time, the reliabilities of the system without redundancy and the system with redundancy are calculated and analysed. As a result, the reliability of Electronic Governor is greatly improved after the use of redundancy.
