| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国许多高校在对外汉语教学中存在的观念误区及对外汉语教学师资队伍的现状，认为对外汉语教师应具备良好的业务素质、较高的政治素质和教书育人的综合素养。并建议通过培养和引进双管齐下的办法提高对外汉语师资队伍的整体素质。

| Abstract: | In view of some misinterpretations in the Teaching of Chinese as a Foreign Language(TOCFL) in many colleges and universities and the status quo of the teaching stuff of TOCFL,the article holds the opinion that the teachers should possess professional ability, high political awareness and devotion to education. It is also recom- mended that the competence of the teachers be achieved by way of both training existing resources and introducing talents from other sources. |
