| Abstract: | In the light of the extreme leanness of the water resources in Wenxi County, the huge wanton profusion in the development and utilization of the wat er resources, and the present situation of the deterioration of the water enviro nment, this paper puts forward that only when we adopt water-conservation, wate r-storage, water-diversion, water-control by law other measures, can the deve lopment and utilization of the water resources in Wenxi County extricate from th e predicament. |
