| 摘 要： | 阐述了ERP的概念及其在企业管理中的重要作用,针对企业现行工资管理中存在的一些问题,利用VB＋SQL Server2000设计了人事绩效管理系统.重点对该系统的设计思想、系统功能、系统结构、数据库设计、系统维护以及系统评价等进行了介绍.
