| 摘 要： | 农业产业化是在社会主义市场经济体制下应运而生的一种组织形式．是通向农业现代化的必由之路。龙头企业带动型农业产业化经营方式是目前我国农业产业化经营的最主要的形式，通过分析我国目前这种形式的现状与问题，提出了一些合理化建议。
