摘    要:安徽某电厂#2机组属早期典型上海汽轮机厂300 MW机组,由于机组老化,缸效率和热耗都比设计值低得多,在电力市场竞争中处于非常不利的地位。为提高机组性能,大量采用技术进行增容通流改造,改造后实现了供电标准煤耗下降了20.08 g/(kW·h),并增容至330 MW,而且在减少污染物排放方面也取得了良好效果.

Abstract:A power plant unit 2 in Anhui Province is a 300 MW unit typical of early Shanghai steam turbine plant. The aging unit makes the cylinder efficiency and heat consumption considerably lower than the designed values, making it less competitive in the power market competition. To improve the performance of the unit, technologies are extensively used for purpose of capacity increasing transformation and throw-flow transformation. Thus, the standard eoal consumption of power supply decreases by 20. 08 g/( kW . h), the capacity inereases to 330 MW, and significantly reduces emissions of pollutants.
