南京城市新区居住区会所的调查与思考

随着城市化进程的不断推进,会所已成为新建居住区不可或缺的配套设施.本文结合南京新区居住区会所的实地调研,从会所的规划布局、功能设置、建筑造型、经营管理等方面进行分析和研究,透视会所存在的问题,并对改善会所设计提出建议,为业主创造良好的居住空间及环境感受,以期为南京及其它城市的新区会所发展提供借鉴.

Investigation and Reflection on the New Urban District Clubhouse in Nanjing

With the continuous development of urbanization process, clubhouses have become indispensable to new residential districts. This paper studies and analyzes the problems arising from clubhouses in terms of plan layouts, functions, architectural modeling, and management based on the fieldwork survey in a residential clubhouse in a district in Nanjing. Suggestions on improving clubhouse design are also proposed in an attempt to establish fine living space and environment for residents, in the hope of providing help for building clubhouses in new residential districts in Nanjing and other cities
